San Francisco, California, November 10, 2011 – - The Isadora Duncan Dance Awards Committee today announced the “Izzie” award nominees and honorees for the 2010-2011 performance season. The winners will be honored in an awards ceremony to be held on Monday evening, March 26, 2012 at ODC Theater, 3153 17 th Street, San Francisco, California. During each 12-month performance cycle, running September 1 – August 31, the Committee collectively views over 400 eligible performances. The final nominees and honorees are selected at an annual voting meeting held in September after the close of the viewing cycle. For a list of this year’s Izzie nominees and honorees, see below.
